Information collected
When you submit a project inquiry, Lachesis collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company or project, project type, description, selected service system and any optional project context. Initial referral and UTM information may be recorded with the inquiry to understand how the site was found.
Why it is used
Inquiry information is used to assess and respond to the requested project, maintain a record of business communication, prevent abuse and understand conversion sources. It is not used to make medical, employment, credit or other high-impact automated decisions.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in the site database. Hosting, email notification and spam-protection providers may process the limited information required to provide those services under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and access
Inquiry data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to assess or deliver the requested work, maintain necessary business records, meet legal obligations and protect the service. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by using the contact method below.
